• We will contact you if we have a problem delivering your order.
• Gifts may be delivered to patients only during their Methodist Hospital stay.  Shipping is not available. 
• Due to product availability, items delivered may not match the pictured item exactly.
• If an item is ordered outside of business hours, it will be delivered during the next business day.
