Salon and Massage Services General Information

After an order is received for a salon or massage service, Methodist Guest Services will consult the patient’s clinical care team to ensure the requested service doesn’t interfere with the patient’s health goals and treatment plan. Please keep in mind: Orders received Friday after 4 p.m. or during the weekend cannot be processed until Monday morning.

Once the salon or massage order has been approved, a gift notice will be delivered to the patient. A staff member will assist in scheduling the service and ensuring the service is provided within 48 hours of approval.

If it’s determined that a requested service is not appropriate for the health and well-being of a patient, notification and a full refund will be provided.

Cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided if a patient cancels an appointment at least four hours prior to their scheduled time. Otherwise, half of the service price will be refunded.
